Guest guest
For someone that wasn't into a workout at all you sure made it seem like you were! Way to go with mind over muscle (fatigue) ! Friday workout Hi, This morning was Body Max (upper body) twice. I didn't think I'd have time to do the exercises twice through, but ended up doing it. This workout moves fast so I was dropping weights like crazy. I wasn't looking forward to this workout, but now that I did it, I'm glad. My muscles are PUMPED and shaky right now. Chest: Chest Press DB- 15lb Bench Press BB 25lb Push-Ups REPEAT Back: One Arm Lat Rows R & L DB -25lb - round 2 (20lb) Bent Row BB 25lb - round 2 (20lb) Posterior Delt Flyes DB - 8 lb REPEAT Shoulders: Military Press DB 15lb - round 2 (10 lb) Upright Row BB 25lb - round 2 (20 lb)Bent Arm Lateral Delt Raise DB 8lb Long Lever Lateral Delt Raise DB 8lb Bent Arm Lateral Delt Raise DB - 8lbLong Lever Lateral Delt Raise DB 5lb Bent Arm Lateral Delt Raise DB - 5lb REPEAT Biceps: Biceps Curls BB 25 - round 2 (20 lb) Hammer Curls DB 10lbCrazy 8's BB 25lb- round 2 (20 lb)Rotational Hammer Curls DB 10lb REPEAT Triceps: Close Grip Bench Press BB 25 Headbangers BB 25 Triceps Dips from Step 8" Step Triceps Kickbacks DB - 10lbREPEAT This was definitely an endurance workout which I can tell I am not use to. Glad I did it, but glad its over. I have cardio either Sat or Sun so I'll see what day I'll fit that in. ~*~~*~ Planning your summer road trip? Check out AOL Travel Guides. Guest guest
Hi, This morning was 4 Day Split (lower body + calves) I like this workout, but always end with feeling like I could've done more. Maybe I need to up my weights, but I decided to do this one a little different and do the exercises twice through. So most exercises were 4 sets. I got a great workout. Here's how it went: Round #1 Warm-up Squats BB- 20 lb Squats Heels Raised BB- 35 lb (repeat) Deadlifts on Step DB 20 lb (repeat) Round #2 Plie Squats on Step 30 lb (repeat) Leg Press- 20 lb (sorry I couldn't repeat this exercise, I just dislike it so much) Hey, I still got 2 rounds of it though. Round #3 Low Plane Lunges with 4" Step- DB 10 lb (repeat) Leg Press/Outer Thigh Lift + ankle weights 10 lb (2 lb ankle) (repeat) This one was a little bit easy even repeating it. I should've put more on my ankle weights. Round #4 Outer Thigh with Band Green band (I kept my ankle weights on and I still didn't get much out of this one even with the repeating. I think the next time I do this workout I'll either skip this exercise all together or I'll do it standing and do the walking version. Squats BB - 40 lb (repeat) Calves on floor (feet forward, inner, outer) (repeat) On high step (feet forward, inner, outer) (repeat) on floor holding DB - 15 lb (repeat) I got a great burn with doing each set of the calves twice. Loved it!!!! This workout came in right at an hour. This is one I think I'll do again. I got so much more out of repeating. I know I could've gone really heavy and just done the workout as is, but it was fun doing it this way. ~*~~*~Planning your summer road trip? Check out AOL Travel Guides. Guest guest
Hope you feel better re: TTOM! Thanks Donna. After the workout I felt so weak for some reason. I walked Abby and felt so tired. I hate TTOM but then who doesn't. ~*~~*~Need a new ride? Check out the largest site for U.S. used car listings at AOL Autos.
Guest guest
great job, ! This was my scheduled workout for this morning, but I ended up doing something else (Kathy 's Matrix Sculpt) instead due to time constraints. I think I will do this one on Sunday, though. Hope you feel better re: TTOM! Donna Subject: Friday workoutTo: exercisevideos , firmies4life Date: Friday, April 25, 2008, 10:16 AM Hi, This morning I did Muscle Endurance. The one thing that makes me dislike this workout are all the leg presses, but believe it or not, I did them all! I skipped the abs at the end because this morning started TTOM and we all know how nasty our stomachs feel right at the beginning. And I also skipped it for time sake. Here's the breakdown: Legs: Leg Presses Plate 10 LB Squats - BB 35 LB Deadlifts - BB 35 LB Back: One Arm Rows - (1) 20 LB Deadrow/Clean & Press Combo BB 30 LB Deadrow - 30 LB Deadrow/Clean & Press Combo BB 30 LB Deadrow -BB 30 LB Biceps: Barbell Curls - BB 15 LB Legs: Leg Presses - Plate 10 LB Static Lunges - BB 25 LB Chest: DB Flys/Low Ends Combo - DB 10 LB Pec Squeezes Push-Ups Triceps: Dips Double Kickbacks - DB 5 lb French Presses - Plate 10 LB Legs: Leg Presses Plate 10 LB (I was getting really sick of these by this point) Glute Raises Shoulders: Standing Rotation Presses - DB 8 LB Front/Side Raises Combo - DB 5 LB Seated Rear Delt Raises - DB 5 LB Seated Side Lat Raises - DB 5 LB I went too light on all the shoulder exercises, but I was ready to be done so I just grabbed whatever lol Next week I'm doing all the TLT workouts so that will be a nice change. Off to walk Abby. Have a nice weekend. ~*~~*~ Need a new ride? Check out the largest site for U.S. used car listings at AOL Autos. Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Mobile.
