The DVD I got is her "Complete Sleek II" (now available at Borders for $12.99 - wait for that 30% coupon that comes around every once in awhile!)

but I'm holding out on the hope I can find it for a lower price - although the $51 isn't terrible since I think the roller alone can be over $20. I just have this vain hope that Amazon will eventually carry this for like $30 or something. Probably wishful thinking.

Keli has a foam roller workout - here is the link and it is reasonably priced! I don't have this one, but I like Keli (although as you'll see from the reviews, it only has one star..)

I also think Moira Stott has a roller workout.

I don't have a roller, but I used the pool noodle thing, it wasn't as firm as a roller, so eventually I would like a "real" one!
