Guest guest Posted April 3, 2008 Report Share Posted April 3, 2008 This morning I watched the other Tracey Mallet dvd from Ross. I like the Fat Burner one in the series better. Calorie Blast has the same structure as Fat Burner, starting out with a warmup, 2 lower body strength segments that contain compound movement exercises intervalled with simple cardio blasts. After that are 3, maybe 4 mind/body blasts, an ab blast and cooldown. I feel that the mind/body stuff should have been on it's own dvd. These seemed like an odd transistion. I love compound movement exercises and wish Tracey would have contiued with more of those. Still, the real test is doing it as opposed to watching it.
