Mallet: Total Body Calorie Blast

This morning I watched the other Tracey Mallet dvd from Ross. I like the Fat

Burner one in the series better. Calorie Blast has the same structure as Fat

Burner, starting out with a warmup, 2 lower body strength segments that contain

compound movement exercises intervalled with simple cardio blasts. After that

are 3, maybe 4 mind/body blasts, an ab blast and cooldown.

I feel that the mind/body stuff should have been on it's own dvd. These seemed

like an odd transistion. I love compound movement exercises and wish Tracey

would have contiued with more of those.

Still, the real test is doing it as opposed to watching it. Next week is my

Quick Fix week, maybe after that it will be Tracey Mallet.
