Guest guest Posted April 15, 2008 Report Share Posted April 15, 2008 Hi Everyone, Today was cardio and I wanted something familiar since I didn't sleep so well last night (DH is working late this week and my dog can't rest until he is home and therefore keeps me up and we got a lovely letter from the IRS questioning something on our 2006 tax return which has me not so much freaked out as annoyed with what I know is going to be a PITA to deal with - in '06 we used a tax preparer b/c I didn't feel like doing them myself and he messed something up - so grr..now I have to deal with fixing it...why is it that nothing strikes quite a much fear and anxiety in your life as the IRS? ) Anyway, I did Cardio Party # 3 and tried to put as much into it as I could - it is a fun routine and I think a notch more challenging than CP # 1 or # 2 (it is also about 10 minutes longer) Afterwards, since I felt tight from Ripped 1000 I added on a segment from Quick Fix Core Yoga (I think that is the title - it is a different one than Power Yoga). I did the flexibility section which was good, but I honestly could have used more stretching. Will like to try to get that in tonight, I had plans for last night but after work and the IRS thing I couldn't deal... Anyway, tomorrow is strength! Not sure if I'll do Power Hour, Muscle Endurance or Simply Endurance. Take care!
