Guest guest
Hi Donna! Long Lean is worth having, but the other two cardio tapes in Project You are too easy for you. I have been going heavy with the Upper Body & Abs tape, but I can't say that I have doms either (though it burned while doing them). For your heavier rotation I'd go with Cathe's Slow & Heavy series! Or maybe Amy Bento's Slo-Mo? I always enjoy reading about your rotations! , I'm crossing my fingers that DD will inquire about lifting with you again! Can you playfully ask her when she would like you to kick her tail again, or would that just make her defensive? > > > Today I did the Bridge Walk at lunch, then this > > evening Hillary came over for her 2nd round of > > Project You: Power Push (level 2 of 3 in the cardio > > series) and Upper Body & Abs (stability ball > > workout). > > > > I was so proud of her!
