Hi Donna!

Long Lean is worth having, but the other two cardio tapes in Project

You are too easy for you.

I have been going heavy with the Upper Body & Abs tape, but I can't

say that I have doms either (though it burned while doing them).

For your heavier rotation I'd go with Cathe's Slow & Heavy series! Or

maybe Amy Bento's Slo-Mo?

I always enjoy reading about your rotations!

, I'm crossing my fingers that DD will inquire about lifting

with you again! Can you playfully ask her when she would like you to

kick her tail again, or would that just make her defensive?
