Never heard of this one. You sound like I felt about my workout this morning. 70 minutes is a long time to not get much out of it. Ugh.

Good going on the early workout, Darcy. It sure helps

me to get my workout done first thing - my general

attitude for the whole day is much, much better.

Sorry to hear this workout was 'ehh' - I have an old

Trish Muse workout - I can't remember the name, but in

it Trish is pregnant and the workout is half abs on a

stability ball and have strength training w/ a

stability ball. I really should pull it out again - I

remember it being pretty challenging and I recall the

ab work was hard.....too many workouts, too little

time!

I think Trish is a PT which probably explains the

functional slant to her workouts. I also think that

she is around my area (D.C. area....) for some reason.
