Guest guest Posted April 17, 2008 Report Share Posted April 17, 2008 Hi, This morning I did the workout I was supposed to do yesterday morning, Brand New Butt & More with Janis Saffell. I wore 1 1/2 lb ankle weights for the entire thing. For the standing work I should've worn a little heavier because I didn't get a whole lot out of it really, but there are a lot of different exercises that you don't see a lot of. The floor work was fine using the 1 1/2 lb ankle weights because it was harder. Still, she didn't do any one exercise long enough to get a whole lot out of it. I've done this workout a few times, but its always been a long time in-between so I always forget what the workout consists of and the intensity. Still, its a nice workout and I needed something like this since I had all that soreness before. That's all gone now, btw. We have another really nice day today, but of course rain for the Friday & Saturday. Have a great day!!
