Guest guest
Sorry I've been MIA, it's been crazy at work and I've been busy with exercise, mostly gym and non-video stuff, but here's my 6.25 hour week all the same: March 23rd – March 29th Sunday Taught Turbo Sport 1 / R32 combo Monday Bridge Walk Tuesday 20 Flights of Stairs Colonial Heights Run YCFE: Hip Mobility Practice (beginner) Wednesday Taught Turbo Sport Taught Amp'd Abs Thursday 's Leg and Glute workout Friday Rest Day Saturday taught turbo Sport This week's schedule will be similar because I'm subbing at the snobby gym again next Wednesday. It was all springy here and then all of the sudden we've had a winter blast, snow mixed with rain. I still might run tomorrow after work anyway, as I'm really jonesing to put in some miles! I also desperately need to do some yoga afterwards, and would like to blow some out of the virgin pile. I can't remember when exactly but sometime in the next two weeks a friend is coming over to do a home workout with me, which should be fun! I'm thinking we should warm up with a short, fun dance workout from Fitness Essentials, then do Jari Love's Ripped workout. I have enough equipment for both of us and it hits everything. We can stretch with Slim & Limber.I miss my home workouts and I miss you guys! Ug! How does Life get so busy? My apartment is a total wreck, even worse than normal ( you'd faint if you saw it) looks like a college dorm party or something. I was out every weeknight last week, all I pretty much do is sleep here and it takes most of the weekend to teach classes, take a nap and to be alone to re-energize to do it all again the next week. I'm too wiped out to clean other than the bare minimum (laundry, dishes, scrub the tub and toilet)Okay, done griping - Life is fun and rewarding these days, and if that means having a messy apartment in order to really live than so be it! My pushups are getting better from Turbo Sport. The pushup section in this just rocks and I love it! Half the class at the snobby gym walked out in the middle of them because they were that hard. The Turbo Sport abs are over 5 minutes long non-stop, and then I made them do Ab Ripper 200 on top of that. I hope those snobby b*tches felt my love for them over the next few days <sadistic howls>.Then the new Turbo Kick round, Round 33, is supposed to come out in a couple of weeks so yet more time will be spent learning a new routine, which I love, but it detracts from home workout time. Well I didn't mean to go on and on. I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend and is ready to start the new week off strong!
