I was still exhausted from the weekend and had a busy day with taking Bryar to the dentist and " un-decorating " my house from the b-day party. Still trying to get it picked up.... I did just finish Cathe's Power Hour this morning though. I had to force myself to do it. Grr.. so glad I did! I'd like to do Jiggle Free Arms at some point. I want a bit of cardio and a bit more arms too. I found myselfr wanting more after Power Hour. She smoked me on lower body though. Happy Tuesday everyone!Darcy morning all,nothing last night, no excuse just plain lazy. i could have done something for 10 minutes.but today a new day. i started with 10 minute solution's blast off belly fat the six pack abs which is all crunches from all angles. i want to like this dvd b/c its pretty well put together but it does nothing to get the burn in my abs. it was good to loosen and warm up the core i guess so probably why i still keep it. but its just not tough enough IMO. i next did my scheduled strendurance b. a little better making it through with heavier weights except the last circuit set i dropped a little ligther. the last set of squat thrust were hard though LOL. i guess pushing through the rest of the workout,finishing the last set of the exercises were a little tough. i stretched out with kathy kaehler. it was off one of the dvds she had at target in the bargain bin during new years. i must do something tonite even if i do it myself without a video. kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don't want to impress people they don't like. -Will Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo!
