Guest guest Posted March 25, 2008 Report Share Posted March 25, 2008 Hi Everyone, I took Sunday and Monday off for Easter and houseguests. My eating was not the greatest over the weekend, but I did pretty well yesterday. Yay! Today I did the Kickbutt version of Strong Bear lead by keli . This one is close to the original version done by Tracie Long, but a bit more " polished " in its presentation. For the floorwork, as I recall, Tracie used ankle weights, but Keli did not. Overall it was a good one - FIRM with a functional flair. Definately more intense than the FitPrimes I did last week. I probably could have gone heavier on some of the leg work, though. Tomorrow I plan to do the Tracie Long version of Fast Cheetah which is much harder than the re-make! I'm looking forward to it - it is one of my favorite odd-ball workouts!
