Guest guest Posted April 3, 2008 Report Share Posted April 3, 2008 Hi everyone. Quick check in - Tuesday, half-hour walk Wednesday - Cathe's Slow and Heavy -shoulders, bis, and tris (1 hr, 19 mins!) Oddly, I'm not sore from this, only some very mild DOMS. Guess I need to go heavier. Thursday - parts of Kick, Punch and Crunch (int drills, the abs, one combo) for 35 mins. Good workout - whew! Nice stretch on this one, too. Then 15 mins walking on the tmill while I previewed The Santa Fe Stretch (looks so-so, nothing new, pilates and yoga-inspired abs and stretching) No virus found in this outgoing message.
