This afternoon I did High Intensity Step Mix w/ Tracey Staehle

I'd like to get this one. Is the workout more complex then hard as far as heart rate goes?

I don't think so . I think after doing it a few times a person would catch on easy enough. And she also does " drills " so that helps to keep the heart rate up. I am guessing you would like it :)

confused a lot on the stepping portions but was able to keep my heart rate up and still get a good workout. The parts I did get were fun :) I enjoyed the "drills" as well.Tomorrow I have 4ds biceps and triceps scheduled. That will be the only workout I do, I'm leaving at 5 a.m. to meet a friend and go garage saling :) Hope everyone has/had great workouts today!! :)Darcy

Great job, Darcy! Sounds like you got a great bonus workout in, and

burns lots of cals today!

Funny you mentioned procrastination, as I'm having issues with that

today as well. But, I'm heading downstairs soon, I promise, lol. Just

wanted to pop in here for some inspiration first. ;)

thanks i knew i had to "HAVE" this one. i have her fit 2 kick on vhs. i really like the workout but i don't do it much b/c i am afraid of wearing out the vhs or my dvd-r back up copy. very intense stuff. have to do a dust bunny video challenge at some point(oh yeah when i start doing my august/sept rotation LOL). kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to

Great double workout day, Darcy! Now I'm starting to question whether I'm confusing Ripped to the Core with Slim and Lean....I may not have RttC after all...I'll check tomorrow, when I can bend over again. :-)

I did Get Ripped Slim & Lean this morning after much proscrastination. I turned out having a good workout. I don't remember the last time I did this one. I do know that the first track took forever, and I didn't think she was ever going to finish. Luckily, the rest of it went better :) I agree with the others, that I don't get much out of abs from Jari. Later on in the morning I pulled out an old CIA one, it was Kickbox Jam. I wanted to get 30 - 45 minutes of cardio in, but I ended up doing all of it except for the conditioning part. It was like an hour and 12 minutes before it ended. So, I got an extra-long workout in today. I had fun doing the kickbox one. It wasn't that hard cardio-wise, but yet it was pretty challenging, and I found it fun. I wore my weighted gloves throughout it, which I normally do for kickboxing workouts.Tomorrow is CTX leaner legs. I'm looking forward to it. :)Darcy
