Welcome Ajay,

Hard to say what will help, but many of us here have found help in

aquatic exercise, or yoga. Me personally, I do aquatics and some

pilates and other gym stuff. I have seen alot of muscle building up

all over - even in places I didn't know was muscle. Perhaps a

physiotherapist can give you some guidance. But the key is to work

slow, at your own pace.

You might try taking Vitamin C and also Vitamin E. Look in our Files

section for info on that. Perhaps you may want to also try CO Q

enzyme 10, I think it is, maybe even Alpha Lipoic Acid too.

Some of us have also changed our diets (what we eat) to increase out

energy. Example, I eat protein, fruits and vegetables, no sugars, and

drink only mineral water.

To help you walk better and without falling, perhaps some AFOs may

help. Reema and Sameer are also from your country, perhaps when they

see this post, they can help direct you to qualified persons.
