Guest guest
Excellent news, ! Today I did Cathe's Body Max - without the step aerobics segment at the beginning. Some of the cardio moves in the power circuits (step aerobics and lower body sculpting intervals) left me in the dust, but I kept moving. Then it was nice to move on to pure weights for the upper body. I'm missing it, doing all these circuits. Anyway, that was 70 mins total, so the entire workout must be about an hour and a half (!). Then I walked on the tmill for 20 minutes and reviewed some Firms I have that are cardio and weights. I want to have some good subs for Cathe's other, cardio-intensive circuits, and these look like they'll fit the bill. -----Original Message-----From: exercisevideos [mailto:exercisevideos ]On Behalf Of nancydewolf Just wanted to let everyone know that Dave was released from the hospital today. He'll be checking in with his doc Friday (after getting more blood drawn tomorrow) and following up with specialists next week. He's off work for the rest of this week and his doc will tell him Friday when he can return. In the meantime he's been busy around the house, intentionally or not (and no, I didn't give him a honey do list, some small projects just found him truly by themselves, really) and trying to rest and relax too. The kids were so happy to see him after school and I sure am too. Thanks again for your prayers, I know they helped!
