Guest guest Posted May 7, 2008 Report Share Posted May 7, 2008 Hi, This evening I did Quick Fix Power Yoga and did workout 1. Then I did B & G stability ball abs. This was a really nice combo. I did the stretch from B & G and it has a yoga type stretch to it so it worked really well. I'm still sore, but I'm hoping I'll be OK for in the morning to do S & H. Have a nice evening.
