(chapters 1 & 2) then I did calves and floor work (outer and inner thighs) from Margaret 's Body Electric. This one is an oldie for sure, but really good. I use to tape her shows every morning back in the 80's when I first started working out and I have oodles of shows from mid 80's to late 90's. I copied them over to DVD and have them chaptered for all the exercises. I haven't done any of these workouts in forever. I also have her Give Me Strength workout and Muscle & Grace. I don't know why I don't do them more often because her workouts are really good. I can remember not even being able to get through an outer thigh segment with just using my own leg weight. Now, I can use my ankle weights and get through the entire thing. I always liked the fact that she included calve work in her routines too. She still has shows on PBS, I happen to catch one the other morning. She's aged, but still doin' it. I think she's great!!! So this was a nice little combination of yoga and lower body floor work. It ended up being about 50 minutes total. I'm off to rest for the evening and watch American Idol. Have a nice evening everyone!! ~*~~*~Need a new ride? The title rings a bell, but I don't know why - maybe I've seen it listed on PBS. I did the cardio conditioning premix on KPC today. The whole thing was scheduled, but I knew that would be a struggle. Okay, the 40 mins I put in were still a struggle, but totally worth it. What a fun workout - Cathe's having a blast and it shows. I took out much of the impact, but forced myself to do some of the jumping because I know I have Drill Max coming up. :-) Then I walked over to the dentist, which was only a 9 minute trip, but it got me out and moving in the sunshine this afternoon.
