Guest guest
morning all, last night i was not going to attempt yoga getting done but i just popped up with the urge and did power yoga 2 from my best ever yoga dvd. this is from power yoga quick fix. its a quicker paced vinyasa flow with some balance moves like warrior/half moon and moving in and out of warrior moves for a nice flow but also a focus on core. i forgot to mention the night before i did the beginner's workout from total mix yoga also part of the quick fix release. its a very broken down slow step by step move for sun salutations. at the time i found it boring but i can see using this once in a blue moon when its a particularly long tough day and having a hard time getting yoga done. once she picked up the pace it was nice. not to fast but not slowly broken down step by step. this morning i didn't want to get up. i really hate monday mornings :-( but i managed the 15 min hip opener basics from YFIP. such a great little workout to loosen up the tightest part of the body other then my back. i can at least face the day knowing i did something really good no matter how short. i hope to get some yoga in after scouts meeting. dh is SUPPOSED to be coming now since he is working different hours for the summer so that might help with my tension/stress level with viola. have a great one, hope some of you are more excited about mondays then i am LOLkassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! I've only done 2 hours this week so far (Turbo Kick and 3 mile Bridge Walk), but will get my third in tomorrow, Donna has inspired me with " Reach " .
