I did a library workout this morning called Frontside with Jillian s from the Biggest Loser. I liked this workout that was simply three of the people who lost lots of weight with Jillian on the show working one on one with her. She had 6 circuits each done three times. She targeted the quads, chest, shoulders and triceps along with some cardio at the beginning of each circuit. I don't know if I would go out and buy it, but it's nice to know it's at the library when I need it. She gave lots of pointers and options depending on your level of fitness.
