Yesterday morning I talked my dh into walking to the library and then around the square (and he complained about it being cold most of the trip!). Made him walk even faster than normal - yikes. That took 25 minutes, and then after lunch (when it had warmed up, thank goodness LOL), we walked home after dropping the van off at the shop. Just a half-hour walk - I had thought it would take us longer since it is across town. Yeah, it's a small town. Today was weights, and back to Pure Strength. Bis, back and abs. I have mixed feelings about the PS series...I like it, but I was looking forward to something different. This feels much like any old weight workout, only with Cathe and heavier weights, of course. :-) Then I felt like I needed a stretch (my hips are sore from my walks yesterday; good grief, I have to get moving on the tmill, so I can keep up with roadrunner dh), so I did Austin's stretch from her walking dvd. Sound off, Pachelbell blasting. <g> Before supper I got on the tmill for 16 minutes. Odd number, I know, but supper was ready and I was hungry. Tacos, yum. No virus found in this outgoing message.
