I'm liking these a lot too, ! I'm sore today and that's

always a good feeling :) at the gym we always seem to do 2/2, 1/3, or

3/1, so I love the 2/6 count because it seems novel, but you're

absolutely right those 6 slow counts do require focus!

When I do them a lot of time
