I'm sore today and that's always a good feeling at the gym we always seem to do 2/2, 1/3, or 3/1, so I love the 2/6 count because it seems novel, but you're absolutely right those 6 slow counts do require focus! Hugs! When I do them a lot of time > I change the count from 6 count to 2/2 count and use a little lighter > weights. I get major soreness the next day.
