Guest guest Posted May 11, 2008 Report Share Posted May 11, 2008 Hi, This evening I did Yoga For Happiness (full happiness). I used the chapter points and did the sun salutations and standing poses. I then did the last half of Tracey's core workout and finished with Yoga For Happiness supine stretches. This was a nice 45 minute combo.
