Guest guest
Good Evening, Vidiots!Well, I got around 7 hours in this week. I can't wait to work out with my friend Hillary again. I hope she can stick with me and reach her goals! We are scheduled for both Tuesday and Thursday next week. With her I rediscovered Project You, which really is a super program if you can overlook occasional dippiness of the background exercisers (and sometimes Kathy). After doing quite a bit of P90 and P90X with Dipmeister Tony Horton, the annoying personalities here are really nothing :)After class today I had an opportunity to meet with "Dr. Tim", a hunky personal trainer, who is a new chiropractor and trying to drum up business for himself by giving out free initial exams, testing one's range of motion, etc. It was very informative! Not that I'll go to a chiropractor right now or anything, but I do know what my weak areas are and where I need to stretch more. Just love these freebie things they have from time to time!My students continue to want Turbo Sport. I really thought they'd be bored with it by now but they are loving it as much as I am! I'm so happy! For one thing it's less work for me to teach the same routine for awhile. There are times when I learn a new round each week, which is fun but takes an hour or two.April 6h – April 12th 2008Sunday Taught Turbo SportMonday Rest DayTuesday Bridge Walk Quick Fix: Power Yoga Quick Fix: Hip Hop Quick Fix: Power YogaWednesday Rest DayThursday Project You: Power Push Project You: Upper Body & Abs Slim & LimberFriday Laurelhurst RunSaturday Taught Turbo SportHope everyone is having a fantastic Saturday night! I'm playing with my new MacBook and having a ball!, MacGirl
Guest guest
I loved Tae Bo Live Advanced #5 and will soon put Hillary through this torture, heh heh. Love the little laugh there. lol Great week you had . Over the weekend I went through some things to get ready for our neighborhood rummage sales. We haven't participated the last 2 years and the first year we were here we had one and it was a big joke. We ended up stuck with most the crap and had to figure out what to do with it. We're giving it another try, but if it rains we won't be having it at all. ~*~~*~Need a new ride? Check out the largest site for U.S. used car listings at AOL Autos. Guest guest
Great job on the workout week !I hear you on the cleaning. My husband gets mad at me as our house is over 3,000 square feet, and there isn't room for anything! I have every closet stuffed..ugh.. Wait until you have kids, it's terrible. The stuff just keeps accumulating something horrible. Darcy Hello Everyone. Here's my week in review. I got 6 hours in, and they were good hours, fairly intense with the exception of the Bridge Walk. I loved Tae Bo Live Advanced #5 and will soon put Hillary through this torture, heh heh. Ug! This is a good lesson for when I move to not keep clutter and to stay on top of cleaning! Hugs from a packrat and a slob..
