Guest guest
Hi, Well, I finally got my workout in (gee, it's hard fitting it in on Saturdays). I did High Step Training (cardio & upper body premix) I don't know why she doesn't have a warm up or cool down with the premixes. I had to do the warm up and then go back to the premix screen then back again to the cool down. Here's how it went: Cycle 1: Cardio/Triceps Cardio Step Blast Tricep Pushups on tall step (on toes) French Press- 15 lbOne Arm Dips on tall step (did the modifier and did one arm over head extensions using an 8 lb DB) Kickbacks DB- 7 lb Cycle 2: Cardio/Shoulders Cardio Step Blast Overhead Press BB - 25 lb One Arm Side Delt Raise DB- 8 lb Rear Delt Fly DB - 8 lbDecline Pushups (on toes) Cycle 3: Cardio/Biceps Cardio Step Blast Bicep Curls BB - 25 lb Hammer Curls + Dips (no dips) DB- 12 lb Bicep Curls BB - 25 lbBicep Curls BB - 25 lb Cycle 4: Cardio//Back Cardio Step Blast Bent Row (2 long sets) BB- 30 lb Dead Lifts BB- 30 lbWide Grip Bent Row DB- 15 lb Cycle 5: Cardio/Chest Cardio Step Blast Pushups ( on knees) Chest Fly/One Leg Pelvic Tuck on step (no pelvic tucks) DB- 20 lb Cross Over Pushups on short step- (on toes) I left out all the leg movements since I worked legs yesterday. This is a fun premix. It didn't seem to drag as bad as doing the whole workout. Of course I had a big dinner (cheat day food) so my body wasn't too happy with all the jumping around lol I'm definitely glad I got this workout in because if I had waited until tomorrow then I would've had total body on Monday and I wanted a rest in-between, so I knew I needed to get this one in. Besides, I enjoy having Sunday's as my rest day. I hope you all are enjoying your weekend. ~*~~*~It's Tax Time! Get tips, forms and advice on AOL Money Finance.
