Hello Everyone,I got around 7 hours in this week and made sure it was low impact because my foot was acting up after the race. My allergies flared up mid week in the worst way, and I moved from one dusty cube to another which didn't help matters, so when I taught today my energy was really low and I kept having to go blow my nose during class. I was disappointed and felt I let the class down although I know it couldn't have been helped I'm still really bummed about this. I almost fainted when class was over. Hope tomorrow is better! I will be teaching the new Turbo Sport tomorrow through the recovery section. The good news is I'm down a pound - 174. 24 more lbs to go in 2008 to reach my goal.Sneezy and stuffy hugs to all, March 16th – March 22nd Sunday Shamrock Run!!!!
