After being tired all morning and a two-hour nap. I woke up refreshed and ready to get my workout in :) I did chest only off of Cathe's Slow & Heavy series, and then I did her oldie Step Heat. It was a nice workout. I'm very excited to be doing a rotation, I just hope I don't get tired of it.

Happy Easter everyone, enjoy your food tomorrow. I know I plan on it. I can't wait to eat some brownie desert thing I made :)Darcy
