Guest guest Posted May 3, 2008 Report Share Posted May 3, 2008 Hi Everyone, Here's my check in for this last week, my recovery week: Sunday - Moreno Yoga Dance Fusion (a keeper) Monday - Rest/Slug Day Tuesday - Moreno Inten-Sati (odd ball workout, but I like ) Wed - J. Kries Precision Pilates Thurs - J. Kries Perfect Mix Friday - J. Kries 3D Toning and Yin Yoga from Hot Body/Cool Mind I'm ready to start back up with strength training this week, but my biggest obstacle is hauling out all my equipment, I really got spoiled from not needing to take anything more than my yoga mat and one set of light weights out! Not to mention the whole no-shoe thing. Tomorrow I'm leaning towards doing Kathy 's Secrets workouts back to back (Upper and Lower Body) If for no other reason, I won't need to take out anything more than dumbells! Hey, do I get points for DVDs I don't buy that I wanted to buy? Today at the supermarket (not my regular supermarket, one I don't get to that often - Giant Eagle, by the way in case you have one nearby and want to check their stock!) I saw the Biggest Loser Cardio Max workout for $9.95 and Amy Bento's 10 Min. Solution Toning workout ($12.95). I managed to escape without buying either of them. I figure I want to take advantage of that CIA sale and I know Deep Discount is going to have their sale either this month or next, so I need to exercise restraint!
