Guest guest
Hi Everyone! I hope everyone is doing well and getting in the workouts he/she planned! Di- hang in there. You are doing great! I agree w/ and . The water could be a major factor in what you see on the scale. But, keep track of how much you drink because was right when she said that it could also be a sign of a health problem. That doesn't mean you should worry, or anything, but it's probably a good idea to keep track. I also try not to eat after my last meal of the day. I find that the later I eat at night, the hungrier I am the next morning. I'm not really a breakfast person, so I usually just have a piece of fruit and I'm good until at least noon. I know that breakfast is supposed to be really important, but I'm into a new philosophy and I'm just gonna listen to my body. If I'm not hungry in the morning then I won't eat, and if I am hungry in the morning I will eat. I tried a many-mini-meals-a-day thing but that wasn't for me. And since I've been following this "listen to your body" thing, my weight's actually gone down. - How is your husband doing? Any news? I haven't had much of a chance to workout. I hit the weight room at the gym on Saturday. And I do the following at home every night: 3 sets of: 20 pushups, 50 jumping jacks, 25 crunches. I've been spending a lot of time on my motorcycle. And I somehow manage to stay active all day. I really need to get some cardio to get my heart-rate up. I'm starting to feel some muscles in my abs, but there's too much body fat covering it to see any of the hard-worked-for-muscles. But, all the upper body work has been paying off. My goal right now is to get my body fat percentage down a little and build up my endurance. Have an awesome day everyone!! dani
