This one is also three segments - each about 20 minutes - Pilates matwork, Metabolic Booster, AM/PM Rejuvenation (yoga). The Matwork is pretty standard classical Pilates matwork. The Metabolic booster is a sort of light-weight aerobic weight training session (Similar to Burn & Firm Pilates by Ellen Barrett, but shorter and a bit more dance inspired). The AM/PM Rejuvenation is yoga - mostly restorative/stretching postures. All good and perfect for my recovery week. I do need to make a point of using these DVDs as add-ons more often, the 20 minute segments are a good length for that! Tomorrow i'll probably do her 3-Dimensional Toning, that one is one of my favorites.
