Guest guest Posted April 30, 2008 Report Share Posted April 30, 2008 Oh my goodness..., I'm so glad you gave me a heads-up on the leg presses in High Step Training! Never ending! But good for my back yard. I didn't use any weight for them, knowing that there would be a few of them...LOL Great workout - another sweatfest. Also another one that had cardio on the high step that didn't translate well to the normal, bigger step. Oh well, some I just did on the floor, and really, I didn't need the intensity at that point. LOL (burned 411 calories, which is huge for me in one session) The hover squats near killed me, and the sit n'stands made me a little dizzy at the end (it's happened before). I think I'm going to feel my legs tomorrow. The rotation calls for step aerobics tomorrow, but I think I'll just walk instead. Give my knees and the rest of me a bit of a break. I'm working harder than ever before, and it's giving me a great deal of satisfaction, but I don't want to push it too much. Still many days left in this rotation! (I'm taking notes on recovery workouts, for the last week in May!) No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG.
