Guest guest Posted April 3, 2008 Report Share Posted April 3, 2008 Okay, so I am officially training now, but only TWO appointments a week (my kind of training..ha..ha). Anyway, one client is my SIL - and her son (my nephew) is obese. He's also " big " as in quite muscular. He's only ten years old, but weighs 130 pounds. Anyway, I offered to kickbox with him once a week, and he accepted! He wouldn't at first, but I talked him into at least trying it and he agreed. I'm so excited. I would LOVE for him to find something that he likes to do, and who does NOT like to kickbox!? I was thinking I could even do some resistance training with him too after a bit.
