Guest guest Posted May 1, 2008 Report Share Posted May 1, 2008 I woke up a bit late this morning and wasn't sure I could get a workout in, but I managed, and am so thrilled I did. I know I've said this before, but I am beyond thrilled that I am able to get workouts done in the morning. It is LOADS better than doing it during the middle of the day when I was doing it before. Anyway, I haven't done this workout in a long time and was expecting a full hour of step. I wasn't too thrilled when she switched over to shoulders at the half-way mark. So instead of finishing the workout, I started it again and did the 30 minutes over again. I actually enjoyed it more the second-time around I have to train tonight for an hour and a half so I will be getting a lot more exercise then too. I do some kickboxing with one appointment so I just go through a lot of the moves with them, and then on my other appointment we'll probably do a bosu workout for cardio and some lower body. I alternate between helping clients out with form and actually doing the workout with them. On that note, I have another client starting on Saturday. She was a client before I started my maternity leave, and is actually my midwife I enjoyed getting to train her while I was pregnant, and then in turn have her coach me for my water birth...
