Guest guest Posted May 1, 2008 Report Share Posted May 1, 2008 Hi, Well, this morning I decided to do cardio. I just wasn't feeling like I was getting much at all this week. I went with one that was short and not so hard. I did Christi 's Step Heaven. I did stage 1 and then did 10 minute Solution Yoga (yoga burn & flexibility) I can't do any workouts this evening because we won't be home so I wanted to squeeze in the last yoga I'll be doing this week. Step Heaven was perfect for what I was looking for in the way of cardio. The combos are really fun and the 30 minutes flew by. I don't think I got too off track with this weeks workouts. I stayed pretty much on what I wanted to do, but I just felt like I needed just a little extra in the cardio department. I kept my HRM on after the cardio and all through the yoga and stretching so my total at the end was 369 calories in about 55 minutes.
