Guest guest
Wow, no Farmer's market, where do u live Dani? Luckily here in land we do have a variety. I went to the farmer's market this weekend and picked up lots of fruit for a reasonable price. You're right with the bad economy I really can't afford supermarket produce prices. It cost me $84.00 to fill up my gas tank, ugh!!!!!!!! Oh well my check in for the week includes sick on Sunday didn't do anything, Mon. Firm Bootcamp, Tuesday Goudeau's Best Step Ever only did 1/2 hour, steps got to be too tricky. Eating bad today had a brownie, and 2 chocolate bars, hard time resisting chocolate Good luck this week Dile Blaylock wrote: I agree with you on the food intake. Lately, I've been eating soo much, and it would be a different story if it were all healthy stuff. I love fresh fruit and veggies, but it's so expensive (sucky economy thread) that I don't eat as much fruit as I used to. I hate shopping because I'll walk through the fruit and veggi section and be all depressed because I can't afford to buy it. We don't really have any farmer markets here, just what we can grow in our garden. Okay- I didn't mean to babble on like that (I blame the coffee). Back to the food intake. I think I read something on the internet, and if I'm not mistaken it was on here, that what you eat actually has a great impact on the results you see. I think it was something like 65-70%. I really do think it was posted on here, just can't remember who posted it. dani From: Di Sent: Sunday, April 27, 2008 10:58 AM To: exercisevideos Subject: Re: Di's check in Wow, I wonder why it is so hard to maintain weight loss. Why is the body so fickle? I'm starting to think food intake makes a much larger difference than the exercising. although I am not going to stop exercising, or trying to increase to the level I was b4. It feels healthy & good when u r in the zone & I am looking forward to getting back to that level Difitgrl222aol wrote: In a message dated 4/26/2008 11:39:17 PM Eastern Daylight Time, dnew219 writes: I did less exercise this week than last but I lost weight this week and gained last week. Funny how that works. I did a month rotation where I just did cardio twice a week and after all these years of exercising and making sure I got in at least 3 to 4 cardios a week, I was amazed that the 2 cardios were actually making the scales go down and my body was even looking different. Sometimes less is more which I think we talked about that a little while back. ~*~~*~ Need a new ride? Check out the largest site for U.S. used car listings at AOL Autos. Guest guest
I live in Oklahoma, and not anywhere near the better parts (if you can call them that). Although, I heard that in Norman they opened a locally-grown produce market, but I'm not sure of the prices. I'll have to drive there sometime and check it out. Your week so far sounds great! I hear you on the chocolate. That and sour candy will be my downfall. I got some turbo jam in, but I've been studying 24/7 literally, so I haven't had too much workout time. Hope everyone had a good day and workout! dani From: Di Sent: Tuesday, April 29, 2008 8:52 PM To: exercisevideos Subject: Re: Di's check in Wow, no Farmer's market, where do u live Dani?
