new supplier - how to be sure of quality

Hello everyone,

 

I am searching for new suppliers closer to where I live as I would prefer to

drive and pick up my oils etc.  I have found a couple of suppliers within

a reasonable driving distance  and I'm considering ordering from one, but want

to be sure before I take the plunge and place a large order.  What are some

important questions I should ask to ensure that I am receiving good quality

before I purchase in bulk?  Any guidance would be appreciated.
