Guest guest Posted May 17, 2008 Report Share Posted May 17, 2008 Well, I finally felt good about today's workout. I did Shoulders, Bis, and Tris from PUB. I did the routine twice. The biceps flipping kill me on this. I stay with Cathe's weight, and it pushes me totally to my limit. The shoulders and triceps get worked too, but not nearly as much as biceps. I up my weights from Cathe a bit on these. I went through the routine twice, and then I did the abs section at the end once. I'm not a big fan of the abs section on this workout, but I thought I'd throw it in there anyway. I'm training my midwife this morning and then I have the rest of the day off. The sun is shining and it looks BEAUTIFUL out. I do hope to get some cardio in later today, and I'm sure I could find at least 30 minutes somewhere to do so. That is probably going to be an understatement. I'm doing 4 Day Split upper body twice through this week starting tomorrow with chest and back. So we'll see how that goes.
