Guest guest
Hi , I read about half the book and turned it back in to the library, mostly because they are vegans promoting veganism and I already do most of what they suggest with the exception of giving up coffee. The authors rely too much on their " voice " in the book which detracts a little from the message, in my opinion. If I were 16 or so i'd find it amusing, but then again I was a lit major and am fussy about stylistics and voice.. The message and information in this book, in my opinion, is right on. Much of our diet is based on unnecessary cruelty to sentient beings and it isn't always healthy, but y'all already know where I stand on this issue. Let me know if you read it, I'd be interested in hearing your opinion on it!
