workout derailed

Well... I was going to workout tonight. I was working my way up to forcing myself to do so and then I slipped on the steps carrying two boxes of clothes to the basement (doing the seasonal changeover thing). All I can say is ow! I wrenched my right knee and pulled a muscle in my thigh and OUCH! So, instead of working out I am grabbing some ibuprofen and probably getting this laptop off my lap because it is pressing on my hurt leg. I didn't really want to workout but I really would have. Does that sort of count for a workout? :-)
