Guest guest Posted April 17, 2008 Report Share Posted April 17, 2008 morning all,dh had to be at work extremely early so no yoga last night. stayed up for the debate and went to bed right after that. up at 5am!!!!!!!! well at least i got a longer workout in. i picked an easier workout but not a light workout LOL. denise austin's bootcamp is a newer release and its actually one of her better cardio videos. its two 20 min segments but its best to combine them for awesome bootcamp/kickbox drills that won't kill you. she also includes light weight combinations for upper/lower body and both segments have ab work for the last 4-5 min. there is also a bonus 10 min stretch segment which is awesome. used 5lb weights to keep is very light and more cardio and strength since i will be doing strendurance tomorrow. i love doing things with the scouts but i tell ya all these activites really cut into weekend workout fun. maybe i can manage to get up early to run or something. i will bring one of my resistance bands and binder of travel friendly workouts and maybe do some ab and stretch stuff. have a great one kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo!
