I wanted to do all stretching, but don't have any all stretch workouts. I went with Yoga Shakti and did the matrix (classical sun salutations, forward bends, and supine poses) The sun salutations was just 8 minutes and long enough to get the muscles warm. The rest of the routine was all stretching. It felt great, especially to my poor back. Now, I'll have to see how I feel in the morning on what workout to do. Hopefully next week I won't be sore and won't have to change around my rotation. Have a nice evening everyone. ~*~~*~Need a new ride?
