Hi ,

Glad to hear your knee is feeling better. Your weather sound just like ours, it was horrible yesterday. We had snow blowing and winds reached 50 mph. The temps were in the 20's, but felt so much colder.

oh that sounds horrible, Carolyn! You know people who fear spiders? well, I fear vomiting as crazy as that sounds.... so just reading your posts puts chills down my spine.

I have my fingers crossed for you that you don't get it. Why does it always happen around the holidays?

I hope you and your family has a Merry Christmas to spite the sickness.

heh.... im in the same boat, mich. when my kids were younger,

someone asked them what i do and one replied 'she picks stuff up off

the floor'.... geesh! when my kids get too demanding, i tell them

that this isnt a restaurant or hotel. they still dont quite get

that, but i do try to make them see that i am a real person and not

just the maid.

yes, me too!! im trying to fit mine in as well, but of course ive

spent the whole morning being the danged maid!!! ugh!

Hi everyone. Quick check-in. Thursday I wanted to try a virgin, so I did

The Biggest Loser low impact(or low intensity?) aerobics. I like Bob - what

a sweetie. But low impact? Not with jumping jacks! LOL Anyway, it was a

pretty good workout (40 mins), and I enjoyed it. Put in 25 mins on the

tmill later, too. (oh, the BL guy in the back, Matt?, what a weenie!

Couldn't they have found a contestant with some enthusiasm to join the dvd

group? I didn't watch the first few seasons, so I don't know these guys on

the first couple of workouts, but he just doesn't seem to want to be there)

Friday I woke up with no energy (partly because I couldn't get to sleep -

argh!), so I did Cardio and Weights because it was on the schedule, but did

the compound and heavy weights premix only (37 mins). Blah. :-) Yesterday

was my daughter's 11th birthday, so I took the day off; well, I didn't do

anything other than Housework Max. Today I walked for 45 minutes on the

tmill. I was going to add in another shorter walk, but my heels were rubbed

a bit. These shoes are good ones, but they do that once in awhile, with a

longer walk. Odd, as they are definitely worn-in, but not worn-out...

Anyway, tomorrow starts another week of Cathe circuits, although I did pull

a couple of Firms out, in case I wake up without Cathe's energy. :-) If

you don't hear from me tomorrow, it's likely that Boot Camp did me in....LOL
