Thanks, Kassia. I'll keep that in mind. I wasn't looking for weight loss so much as to get in better shape, and I'm loving that I can get into jeans comfortably that I couldn't get into before. People think I look thinner and I guess it's that lean muscle mass as you say. Thanks for the support - I'm off to work out now!

great job on getting halfway through your bootcamp rotation. sometimes

its hard for those numbers to budge b/c although you are looking

fitter and feeling strong the weight isn't going down, but i don't

think that is a bad thing really. you may be starting to build lean

mass which is much denser then fat so while you may be a certain

weight you will look toned and sleek and as you said you starting to

see inch loss which i think is a bigger factor along with body fat

percentage over the numbers on the scale. hang in there and keep

working. look for result in those inch numbers and you feel in those

clothes. the rest will balance out.

Thanks, everyone, for the great words and support. I love being here because you keep me focused.

And no, I didn't take any pictures. I hate pictures. I really really do. Maybe one day I'll add some to the group photo section. Maybe. :)
