Guest guest Posted May 3, 2008 Report Share Posted May 3, 2008 Hi All, Hope everyone had a great week! I've been very busy lately and miss being up to date on what's going on with all of you! I should get on the rag tomorrow, so this pms week I turned into a real Carb Monster. I could eat piles of pad thai, piles of rice, crackers, etc and STILL eat more of 'em! MMMM MMMMM MMMM! Luckily I didn't gain weight this month, but I haven't lost any either, so in a day or two once this hormonal rage is over with it will be time to refocus. I did more exercise than I thought, 8.5 hours worth. A lot of it was power walking 3 miles at lunch, which really saved me I think. My friend Marina came over and did yoga with me on Friday, and I think she's hooked (she does yoga at a studio and knows the ropes already) so I hope she'll come back because it makes me work harder too. Anyway, here's my week: April 27th – May 3rd Sunday Taught R25 /Turbo Sport combo Monday Bridge Walk Kathy : Latin Rhythms (BAD, don't buy this one!) Tuesday Bridge Walk Wednesday Bridge Walk Kathy : Step Thursday Rest Day Friday Bridge Walk Ali McGraw Yoga Ladd's Addition Walk Saturday Taught R25 I have NOT been to Bath & Body Works, Nordstrom's Rack, OR Ross Dress for Less in 2 weeks!
