Guest guest
Oh I'm so glad you like it, !! I use this dvd for when I'm really sore from other workouts and my body is screaming at me to stretch, so usually I just do the beginner and intermediate ones. I did an advanced practice a few weeks ago and was impressed with it though! Don't you just love the VARIETY? Yes, the parts are mixed and matched, but still.. this dvd is a " must have " for any vidiot in my opinion. You'll have to watch for her wierd, corpse like expression when you do the eyeball exercises. It's really kind of creepy and never fails to make me giggle! I like JJ's voice, but when I did these practices in Hawaii my mom said her voice drove her crazy and would leave the room. Funny, huh! Anyway, 2 other dvd's in this same series that are also very good (but somehow not *quite* as good as this one) are Yoga for Athletes and Power Yoga Complete for Every Body. With these you get hunky " " as your model, voice over is done by a woman with a nice southern accent.
