Good evening! Jen, I didn't hear back from you in time so I listened to my body and went with yoga this evening. I'm just grateful and amazed I did something! brought up Dusk recently and it stuck with me. I like this practice because Rainbeau emphasizes hip openers, and this is the part of my body that needs the most attention. In fact tomorrow I'm going to do another hip practice, I think.I would rate this as an "advanced beginner" practice, and what stands out about this (besides kissing your toes as you rock your leg "baby", that is) is that she coaches you on how to lift and jump your feet forward from downdog to forward fold instead of just walking your feet up between your hands, which is what I always used to do. The way she guides you through it makes less intimidating a feat and is more doable! I don't effortlessly float like Rainbeau does, but I do have the mechanics of it all down.

She overuses the word "integrate" but other than that I have no real critques. She shows various levels of intensity for the poses, and I feel much better now that I did before!I was walking at lunch and the bottom of my foot went Zing! I have terrible feet and can identify most aches and pains foot wise, but this was a new one. I was so mad, I had to hobble back to the office, so that's why I wanted to yoga today instead of Ramp it Up or anything that has hopping or jumping in it.I have reached an offer agreement on the house, the clock will soon begin ticking and I'll REALLY be a basket case, so if you don't hear from me, that's why! And yes, , I'm turning the garage into my own gym. I'm so excited I can hardly stand it! Will send pics of finished gym once complete, might be a couple of months down the road yet.Namaste,
