Guest guest
Yoga Booty Ballet Basic workout which has dance, yoga, ballet, light strength and abs all in 45 minutes. I always enjoy this workout. I've saw this one SO many times in the stores and have always wondered if I'd like something like that. Great job as always Kathy! I hope your day goes well today. ~*~~*~Planning your summer road trip? Check out AOL Travel Guides.

Guest guest
OMG in just 22 minutes I was wailing! Yep, I can believe that. I find pilates to be hard. I've never been able to get into it for some reason. Yoga has always been my true love lol ~*~~*~Need a new ride? Check out the largest site for U.S. used car listings at AOL Autos. Guest guest
ah yes the infamous most recommended of lower body floor work is winsor's buns/thighs pilates.even i agree its one of the better pilates and the best of her workouts(becoming biased i am liking stott pilates way to much even if moria is a little on the boring side). i think its b/c she works one side of the body totally before going to the next so it limits the breaks and you constantly keeping the same muscles working until you just can't keep going LOL. kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will ,___ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Guest guest
Great job on the workouts and decluttering your apartment!! WOO-HOO!Darcy Hello from the Houseshopping Network,Yesterday was a very fun workout night because Hillary came over. I like working out with her in my apartment more than doing it here alone and more than going to the gym. It's sort of the best of both worlds! Hillary graduated to Long Lean and did just swell. We'll do this level 3 of in the cardio series of Project You one more time, and then it's time for different cardio. Long Lean didn't have the kickboxing that Power Push had and I was surprised. Still, it kept a moderately intermediate pace and intensity throughout and was a lot of fun! After that it was Hillary's turn to whoop my a$$! She brought over a 22 minute tape of Windsor Pilates Bun & Thigh Sculpting. OMG in just 22 minutes I was wailing! The instructor, Mara I think it is, talks these lovely ballerina looking exercisers through a grueling glute workout with the usual clamshells, bicycles, scissors, hot potatoes, etc. and it was GREAT! For the cooldown I selected the Stott Pilates Relaxation workout that was also around 20 minutes long. It was just okay. I think this is the instructor that Donna says yells at you Moira (am too lazy to go check on the spelling) is kind of odd, Hillary and I kept making fun of the breathy way she keeps saying " Breathe! " in this low, breathy voice. Tonite I went to a crowded step class at the gym and did pretty well! It was the Downtown stony faced crowd though, and they aren't any nicer in Step than they are in Turbo Kick with me, which is sadly comforting. At least it's not me. How can one gym have participants with sticks up their butts and another gym contain bubbling enthusiasm? Tomorrow I have a ton of errands to run, no workout time for me. Would you believe I'm typing this from a CLEAN and DECLUTTERED kitchen table? Gobs and gobs more to do.Hugs, laura
