Like I've mentioned before, I have a hard time finding motivation after one rest day, but I was determined to not let that happen to me this time. After a horrible night of sleep, I got up at 5:30 to workout. Bryar, my 3 year-old is still sick. He hasn't thrown up anymore, but he was burning up last night and moaned and groaned in his sleep on and off all night, waking sporadically as well. Poor guy. So anyway, I started my workout with him waking up moments later and needing to cuddle..ugh.. After an hour, I tried talking him into cuddling w/ Dad which didn't work.. I told him I was exercising and I'd be back He wasn't pleased, but okay with it. Two minutes after I started again, he lays down at the top of the stairs on the linoleum floor and stares down at me..Talk about guilty! UGH. I finally talked him into laying down on a chair downstairs, and so he did that. He stayed there for the entire workout staring off in space, finally falling asleep at the end. I thought, many times, to stop and go cuddle with him properly, but then I tried not to feel so bad because he did have his dad upstairs and I would soon be able to cuddle the bugger myself...

Anyway, I did shoulders, bis, and tris off of MIS. Since these segments are right around 7 minutes, I did each segment three times. I was planning on doing them just twice but I didn't feel like it was quite enough so I went one more time. My arms were / are (still kinda) fried. On this one, I was able to do each muscle segment three times before moving on to the next one.

My training appointment canceled this morning and rescheduled for tomorrow, so now I have two appointments tomorrow morning. I hope to find some time today for some cardio, but no promises.Happy Friday everyone!!
