The one thing that makes me dislike this workout are all the leg presses, but believe it or not, I did them all! I skipped the abs at the end because this morning started TTOM and we all know how nasty our stomachs feel right at the beginning. And I also skipped it for time sake. Here's the breakdown: Legs: Leg Presses Plate 10 LB Squats - BB 35 LB Deadlifts - BB 35 LB Back: One Arm Rows - (1) 20 LB Deadrow/Clean & Press Combo BB 30 LB Deadrow - 30 LB Deadrow/Clean & Press Combo BB 30 LB Deadrow -BB 30 LB Biceps: Barbell Curls - BB 15 LB Legs: Leg Presses - Plate 10 LB Static Lunges - BB 25 LB Chest: DB Flys/Low Ends Combo - DB 10 LB Pec Squeezes Push-Ups Triceps: Dips Double Kickbacks - DB 5 lb French Presses - Plate 10 LB Legs: Leg Presses Plate 10 LB (I was getting really sick of these by this point) Glute Raises Shoulders: Standing Rotation Presses - DB 8 LB Front/Side Raises Combo - DB 5 LB Seated Rear Delt Raises - DB 5 LB Seated Side Lat Raises - DB 5 LB I went too light on all the shoulder exercises, but I was ready to be done so I just grabbed whatever lol Next week I'm doing all the TLT workouts so that will be a nice change.
