It was so fun!! This is how it goes. LIC- warm up HIS- combo 1 LIC- combo 1 HIS- combo 2 LIC- combo 2 HIS- combo 3 LIC- combo 3 HIS- all 3 blasts LIC- all 3 blasts I burned 455 calories!! Sounds like you had a great workout. DId you workout first thing in the morning or was this a day when you were able to workout later in the morning?How is it going for you with the morning energy? Have you tried the slim fasts or smooties at night or anything different? take care! I don't have this one, but I do have Mindy's Extreme Intervals. I was reluctant to do anything from Mindy in the way of cardio because in the past my knees would start hurting after her workouts. If you think Cathe's hard on your knees in Imax 3 then you haven't saw Extreme Intervals. I don't know about Awesome Intervals. There are 2 sections to Extreme Intervals, a step interval section and then a hi/lo interval section. I figured I'd just do the step section and see how my knees feel and if I did OK I'd do the hi/lo section next time (I think there's another time this month that has a Mindy workout in it) I couldn't believe how well I did. I didn't even modify much at all and my knees felt fine. And forget about the energy being gone, I had loads of it this morning. I finished the warm up and step section which was 30 minutes and almost did the hi/lo section, but decided to save it for the next time. High Step Challenge abs was down for today so I popped that DVD in and did all the cardio sections back to back (5 of them) and finished with the abs. So I got over 45 minutes of intervals and still had energy at the end. I burned 505 calories. ) We've had really hot temperatures so I haven't been walking Abby on her little power walk. I think while its so hot out I might try and get it in early in the morning before it gets too hot. We have 90's for the entire weekend. Don't know about next week yet.
