Guest guest
Hi, I tackled Seasun Ziegler's BOSU workout again on the CIA 2604/Double Cardio DVD. I did much better with it- no rewinding at all for combos 1- through 4. I still had trouble w/ combo 5, but I don't think it is b/c it is any more complex than the others, it is just by that time I'm tired (especially after the long blast at the end of combo 4!) I also think the BOSU makes the workout harder than if I just used a step. Some day I will try this one on the step - one background exerciser does it on a step - I'm curious to see how it differs on the step. This one is a sweaty workout for me! The core conditioning at the end w/ the BOSU is tough. I think I struggled with it more this time than last - mostly b/c my hands were so sweaty that they kept slipping off the BOSU during the plank work (for that section you have the dome side down). I remember the ab work made me sore last time. I finished up with Tamilee's seated stretch (10 minutes). tomorrow I'm planning to do Muscle Max. If, for some reason I am short on time I'll pick something shorter, though. I've been taking some extra B vitamins for about a week now, and either it is the placebo affect or I really was deficient, but I see some improvements in how I'm feeling. I think I'll stick with this for 30 days and see how things turn out. Anyway, hope everyone has a good day! Donna
