If you don't want to get zillions of individual e-mail messages, change

your group settings so you get the messages in DIGEST form. Then you

get a bunch in one e-mail and can just skim through them. Hope this is

of some help.

P.S. Another site to buy from is www.fitnessfly.com. I just thought

of that because I ordered something from them yesterday.
